The book examines how to recognize a good idea, speak up without being silenced, build alliances, choose the right moment to act, and manage fear and doubt—while also showing how parents, educators, and leaders can foster cultures that welcome originality and dissent.
My second favorite is Think Again, a powerful exploration of the importance of rethinking what we believe. In this book, Grant shows how intellectual humility, curiosity, and the willingness to change our minds can lead to better decisions, stronger relationships, and continuous personal growth.

Dopamine Nation by Dr. Anna Lembke
